"We had an excellent stay, there was several things to be aware of when you book. The furnace in the cabins didn't work and had a hard time maintaining heat.The wifi is extremely spotty and can't maintain more then 2 devices on it at a time. Bring blankets if you are visiting in the early part of the year. Also, pay attention to the pictures. Almost all the cabin beds are on the floor. Second, the main cabin doesn't have a vint or range for the stove top, if you cook anything you need to open the windows or door. The humidity in the main cabin is so high that windows fog causing mold. Three of the cabin doors didn't latch so bring some tools. But all said and done, it was spacious, there was room for everyone. It is kid friendly, (minus the stairs) it had play pens that came in extremely handy. It fit our needs."

"This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33\. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "
